Throughout the process our goal is to give you all support you need. Goal of this page is to give idea what to expect during integration process.

Production
Purpose of the call is to see project team in a video call get the project started on right foot. Below some topics to cover:
Walk through the integration process and developer site contents
Go through questions raised while reading documentation
Agree on communication channel between tech people
Agree practicalities of Authentication credentials delivery and Exchange of settlement wallet addresses

Prerequisite for Intro call and starting the integration project is that Mutual NDA has been signed.
The authentication credentials are delivered to the Partners using Bitwarden send. Recipient should store credentials to password management system or similar. Development system credentials can be used from developer workstations. Recommendation is that Test and Production credentials are used only in cloud based systems.
Both parties need a wallet address per currency where to send crypto to settle outstanding balance in Test and Production systems.
Tesseract will send their Test environment addresses as soon as development has started in Development system. Tesseract can finalize Test environment configuration as soon as we receive wallet addresses from Partner.
Once all tasks in Solution architecture are done and Partner should do testing of their own in Test environment. We are happy to help by checking reception of assets etc. on our side if needed. Also our report contents should be helpful to check details on our side. Once you think everything is tested give us a message and we will do a final checkup after which we will prepare access to our Production.
Authentication credentials delivery and exchange of settlement wallet addresses happen as they did for Test environment.
Prerequisite for production system access is that Alliance Agreement is signed.
Acceptance tests are done in production system to verify solid integration and correct configuration of the wallet addresses on both sides. Details of can be checked in Acceptance Testing page.
Service can be opened as soon as Acceptance test result is satisfactory for both parties.
Production system copy where partner can develop and test daily settlement with small amounts of real crypto (no test net support). Product list is a subset of production product list.
